Intel Consumption Data Strategy Manager in San José, Costa Rica

Job Description

The Go To Market Operations (GTMO) organization within Intel's Sales and Marketing business group is looking for a dynamic, strategic professional to drive an aligned, ONE INTEL approach to consumption data. This leader must create a vision and develop a multi-year consumption data strategy inclusive of use case assessments and prioritization, roadmap development and capability delivery in support of the sales and marketing growth transformation. The individual will direct the activities of analytical staff and oversee projects that include a combination of business intelligence, reporting and analytics, and data solutions to enable execution of the consumption data strategy. Development of the strategy requires collaboration with senior leaders across Intel and driving ongoing stakeholder alignment on which use cases provide overall growth and value for Intel. This leader will be responsible for enabling consumption data teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, and driving results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment. Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Defining actionable Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to drive the business

  • Delivering consumption reporting and insights that enable decision making by leaders

  • Determining system requirements and tool investments needed to execute strategy.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define, articulate and execute a strategy-to-action plan.

  • Very strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

  • Customer first approach to structured and unstructured data collection

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience can include:

  • Experience leveraging data platforms in conjunction with business acumen and knowledge of analytical tools.

  • Experience managing complex initiatives across a wide variety of teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience driving data quality that ensures trust and adds value to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience with Product master data including 3rd party MNC systems

  • Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in:

  • Deep expertise in Intel's business, GTM value chain, consumption sales motions and data sets

  • Experience in bringing AI to data processing in order to enable automation, machine learning and data enrichment.

  • Experience with CRM-to-CRM integrations.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
