Intel Human Resources Global Services Specialist in San José, Costa Rica

Job Description

The role supports our Global Workforce Mobility program, involving the service management for Immigration, Relocation, Global employee Taxes as well as Travel Card & Expenses areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support/run the audits, reconciliations of suppliers and employees' payments related to the Global Workforce Mobility Programs.

  • Utilizes forensic audits, systems and reporting to detect instances of pending/missing payments, fraud, illegal financial activity or Code of Conduct violations.

  • Support DTPs (desktop procedure) documentation in line with operational delivery.

  • Follows BCP (business continuity plan) requirements and drills.

  • Supports quality initiatives such as BPM (business process management), quality defects and collaborating on root cause analysis.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, Industrial Engineer or a related field.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate to Advance English level, verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with audits and or risk and controls management

  • Experience with Accounts Payable and or Accounting

  • Project Management knowledge

  • Power BI experience

  • Creative and critical thinker

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Efficient working both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical skills and adaptable on the usage of multiple tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Structured problem solving and root cause analysis skills

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
