Trane Technologies Account Manager in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Job Summary:

Provides sales support to the Dealer & Parts sales processes, enhancing customer service level capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general phone calls, e-mails& in-house customer inquiries and requests for Parts & Unitary departments.

  • Dealer equipment price quotes

  • Conduct sales of HVAC parts, equipment, & supplies over the phone, and walk-in customers.

  • Provides technical support to customers

  • Provides equipment & parts inventory availability

  • Receives & process customers equipment & parts orders

  • Actively makes aware customers of products promotions

  • Responds to customers enquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services

  • Knowledge of the Trane product line to be able and demonstrate and discuss with customers

  • Follows up verbally or in writing to ensure total customer satisfaction

  • Proper canalization of customer inquiries to other departments.

  • Willing to work under pressure and able to perform the duties on time.

  • Customer oriented and excellent interpersonal relations.

  • Enquires and communicates customer’s perceptions by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with management.

  • Able to work overtime and weekends as required.

  • Follows up to Unitary Projects, managing commercial variables like Pipeline Management and Accounts Management, using Trane designated tools, like Salesforce or similars.

Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Oracle)

  • Two years certificate from college (associate degree) or technical school in HVAC, and three to five years of customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
