Primary Responsibilities:

The IT Asset Management Support Specialist will be providing general support under the direction of the Supervisor of Technical Support for the management of end-user IT assets such as monitors, peripherals, laptops and others. Key job functions are to receive shipments from vendors, return of assets from employees, cleaning and basic reconditioning of IT equipment, inventory management, inventory reconciliation and asset recovery of data-bearing devices. They will be responsible for assigning assets to users to meet business requirements, updating inventory systems, and providing other general support for end-user IT assets. They will also coordinate shipping and logistics to meet end-user hardware requirements.

• Assist the IT Asset Manager to keep inventory of IT equipment up to date

• Assist end-users by dispatching and receiving IT equipment

• Assist the IT Asset Manager by cleaning, storing, and completing basic testing of returned IT assets for future assignment

• Assist the IT Asset Manager to dispose of equipment following company procedures

• Assist the IT Asset Manager to receive shipments from vendors, scanning assets into our inventory system

• Organize and maintain storage areas for IT equipment using hand-trucks, and hand-driven pallet jack.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 40lb.

• 1 year experience managing inventory

• Experience in Desktop Support

• Intermediate or Advanced skills in Excel

• Basic experience with MS Office 365

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

• Must be available to report onsite to our MH and POP locations.

• Must have full availability from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm AST.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry, knowledge of HIPAA

• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
