TEKsystems End User Specialist in Santa Barbara, California

Description:

You will be responsible for enrolling end users, closer to 700 phones/ a few ipads from their Monster360 profile, and enrolling them into the new InTune portal.

These are individually issued devices. They have separated out BYOD / Kiosk devices/ user devices.

They are looking for someone that has experience enrolling in InTune,

You will enroll the individuals, sitting with the end user and walking them thru the transfer and enrollments.

You will utilize a spreadsheet with all listed users, their locations, their availability, their contact info, and schedule time you have available to assist them with individually used devices.

You will decide where it makes most sense to spend the day due to users available each day, and you will set up a table and chairs for them to come enroll. you will determine the best for physical presence. Understanding which location to go to from that spreadsheet. coordinating location/appts and assisting users with getting enrolled.

Day to Day, you are an Organized individual, planning for the next week due to user availabilities, then set up a table at local location, and get as many enrolled as possible.

The org is moving away from IBM product, you'll be removing it from control, adding them within the correct policies within InTune ( the portal), adding the MDM profile from Monster360, and confirming it works and is live.

Does not need to have Deep InTune exp, but some is very helpful. This will become rinse and repeat.

The other goal is putting it in an UnSupervised mode mentality. download company portal, getting outlook on there, validating that it is live on the InTune platform.

PC tech: Top Skills' Details1.) 4+ years PC tech experience or equivalent schooling in technical skills.

2.) Follows directions well w/good organization skills as it relates to customer service and PC skills; they will be onsite at the local hospital interfacing with clinicians and hospital employees.

3.) Laptop, desktop, windows 10 experience
