PM for ML/AI group

Job Requirement :

o Translate business problems into ML/AI requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and understanding their needs.

o Conduct project scoping to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

o Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective communication and alignment.

o Planning and project execution using agile methodologies

Qualifications:

o Strong communication skills to work effectively with executives.

o Ability to simplify complex concepts.

o Quick learning and adaptability to new areas.

o Relevant education, such as a major in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.

o Strong problem-solving abilities.

o Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in relevant fields such as data science, semiconductor, manufacturing, or metrology.

The AI/ML Project Manager will oversee proof of concept projects across various domains, ensuring seamless integration between data science applications and other business areas. This role demands a proactive individual capable of rapidly assimilating new information and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both high-level management and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage the development and execution of proof of concept projects within diverse domains.

• Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between data science teams and other business units.

• Effective Communication: Translate technical terminology into accessible language for diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Oversight: Challenge and provide insights into the work conducted by technical leads to ensure project integrity.

• Learning Environment: Foster an environment conducive to quick learning and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Quick Learning Ability: Strong grasp of new concepts and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.

• Effective Communication: Exceptional skills in engaging with executive-level management.

• Technical: Educational foundation or substantial knowledge in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.

• Science and Business Analytics: Prior experience in scientific research or business analytics roles; semiconductor industry experience is highly desirable.

• Bridge Builder: Demonstrated capability to bridge gaps between highly technical domains and broader business objectives.
