Job Summary

Manages the operations of concessions bar locations and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the operations of multiple concessions bar locations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.

• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.

• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.

• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.

• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with guest needs, register malfunctions, restocking of bar product, staff needs, staff following procedures, and more.

• Demonstrate professional radio and communication etiquette

• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.

• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.

• Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally.

• Enforces safety standards with employees.

• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.

• Assist and delegate staff with setting up all bars, stocking product, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all locations during the week and during events

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year leadership experience

• Available to work any Monday-Friday shifts as needed for prep days, along with holidays and weekend

• Must be available on Sundays for event days

• Must have ability to lift, bend, push and pull 35lbs.

• Must have the ability to Walk and Stand for long periods of time
