Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
3 years of supervisory experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with a CRM
Preferred qualifications:
Available to work extended hours when necessary and travel occasionally
Experience building and improving processes and establishing metrics to track and illustrate performance
Experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight operations, transportation operations, logistics or supply chain environment
Able to multitask, prioritize workload under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving skills

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the customer service team to achieve a superior level of customer satisfaction
Work directly with customers to research and resolve complex customer inquiries by identifying root causes and developing effective solutions
Act as the escalation point for customer care, both internally and externally
Hire, motivate and develop direct reports; promote a high level of employee engagement
Support and occasionally fill in for teammates in the service center or district
Ensure customer expectations are met and always act with the customer’s best interest in mind; advocate for best-in-class customer experiences and a customer-focused XPO culture
Research, develop and monitor metrics and key performance indicators and provide appropriate reporting to senior management
Proactively work with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Communications to continuously improve business practices and processes
Annual Salary Range: $74,838 to $93,547. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
