Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Description:

In this role, KAM, has accountability for creation of an environment/awareness to increase sales, profit and market share in HCS (both IMG and CCS) within the assigned private Key Accounts in Chile.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Build, develop and maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship with assigned customers.

  • Position GE Healthcare as the premier supplier of medical device, and diagnostics products for health public sector

  • Directly manage and attain sales objectives for the key accounts and geography assigned including indirect business

  • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

  • Recognize and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within customers assigned and excellent working relationship to achieve established business goals in the private sector.

  • Anticipate and diagnose trends and challenges facing health Private sector and create and implement strategy and operational plans to win

  • Develop & implement accounts strategy with cross functional teams to maximize GE wins in each account assigned

  • Acquire high knowledge of HCS products and clinical outcomes to develop sales strategy and action plans

  • Promote service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs

  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 7 - 10 years’ experience in medical sales

  • Proven key account management and project planning skills

  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels

  • Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
