Objective

Establish strategic partnerships with clients, assisting in optimizing logistical processes to enhance results for both Colgate and clients through effective client communication, order portfolio evaluation processes, and collaborative projects. Lead the digital transformation of Customer Service and Order Analysis to bring greater operational agility and efficiency, predictive data analysis, superior customer service, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop projects and processes to enhance customer service through logistical efficiencies (service level, product availability, costs).

Develop and coordinate projects that help the Sales Department achieve its objectives (order portfolio analysis, scheduling and delivery tracking).

Lead digital transformation projects in the Customer Service area alongside internal teams and consultancies.

  • External: Commercial team and clients' logistics team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Related professional experience.

  • Advanced level of English.
