MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Support general activities of the department. Assist in resolving service and quality issues related to direct materials, as well as support the implementation of strategies developed through Global and Regional category guidelines.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

Development and sharing of vendor performance reports (Vendor Scorecard).

Preparation of Price Variance reports (PPV) - Evaluation of variations, data consolidation, and presentations for leadership group.

Updating databases in SAP (vendors/ info records/agreements/ etc).

Evaluation and release of BPMs (prices) and RMFCs in the system.

Quoting new suppliers/materials from vendors.

Support for the Funding the Growth (FTG) program - preparation of studies, system updates, and presentations for leadership group.

Support in contract preparation and department database updates.

Support in monitoring departmental KPIs.

Support for the Supplier Audit (ESM) program.

Support activities related to direct materials supplier management.

Follow up on project status updates.

Support in releasing fiscal documents due to data discrepancies.
