As the Growth Markets Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead. Within the role, you’ll create a deep relationship with Growth Market regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across those locations.

What you will do:

  • Support the Global Benefits Lead executing on the Avanade benefit strategy and consistent core across Growth Markets

  • Review all Growth Markets benefit provision through employee experience lens ensuring alignment with Inclusion and Diversity strategies and company Employee Value Proposition

  • Ensure all Growth Markets benefits, including pensions are approved and compliant with Global policies

  • Partner with Marketing and Employee Brand to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand

  • Partner with Growth Markets HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure benefits are well communicated to support attraction and retention

  • Support regional HR teams to consistently use HR support for benefit administration

Skills and experiences

  • Excellent analytical skills & business acumen 

  • Experience of Growth Market benefits - specifically some experience in benefits for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Brazil.

  • Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio 

  • Experience in benefit platform implementation

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships
