Brazil Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists responsible for developing new seller partners and running key mechanisms to ensure the best customer and seller experience. EF Ops team is responsible for the marketplace logistics and works with third party sellers.

The EF Operations Manager will lead cross-functional mechanisms working with teams in Brazil and abroad, support programs target definition, drive team members to meet goals, and make trade-offs (time vs. quality vs. resources). You will inspect the results of the mechanisms and define improvements to amplify impact that will enhance the overall customer experience amidst a rapid growth.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include managing multiple mechanisms simultaneously, conducting root cause analysis for errors and proposing solutions, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, lead a team. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Program, Sales, and other EF teams across the world. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver, people manager, organized, able to drive complex initiatives to arrive at successful outcomes.
A day in the life
Monitor KPIs and plan actions to improve customer experience
Drive global parity projects in partnership with other teams
Participate in high level discussions and unfold corporate goals to direct targets
Coordinate a team of operation specialists
Liaise with stakeholders to drive improvements, anticipate bottlenecks, support escalations, make decisions balancing business and operations needs with technical constraints
Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly managerial reports detailing key mechanisms results and new initiatives updates.
Analyze data to identify patterns, dive deep into details and drive conclusions
Understand operational errors root causes and propose solutions
Basic Qualifications
Experience in program or project management
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
