Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, driving growth and market expansion.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to maximize team performance and drive results.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, positioning S&P Global Market Intelligence as a trusted partner.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives, ensuring competitive edge and innovation.

  • Represent S&P Global Market Intelligence at industry events and client meetings, promoting our solutions and generating leads for consistent business growth and expansion.

  • Provide regular reports and performance metrics to senior management, showcasing the impact of sales initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making and company success.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus.

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish or Portuguese, preferably trilingual.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 years work experience commercial in financial services industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
