As a Corporate Securities Lawyer at Williams Parker, you will work on a broad spectrum of cases and counsel clients with respect to ongoing matters in the areas of closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Requirements
Extensive legal and business knowledge, innovative research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Dedication to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial, and engaging environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of transactional agreements and documents; and convey complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner
Enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results
Ability to work independently and under tight timelines, and to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar in the near future, required
