Our robust practice is welcoming T&E attorneys with 3-10 years of experience to work with clients and their families, as well as attorneys with drafting experience. Requirements
Ability to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships.
Experience in estate and trust planning, including excellent tax research, legal document drafting with accuracy and efficiency; preparing and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team of attorneys and professional staff in handling sophisticated and complex estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters with high-net-worth clients.
Possess an enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission or willingness to sit for The Florida Bar exam in the near future is required.
