Wiman Machine Operator Helper in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota

You will be working in a temperature-controlled environment with the ability to earn an extra $100-$300 as a weekly bonus after 30 days when you become a unionized employee and are eligible for incentive. Wiman Corporation is looking for a Production Helper in Sauk Rapids, MN and Prescott, WI. You will be assisting a machine operator with daily tasks. Position: Machine Operator Helper Location: Sauk Rapids, MN Type: Full-time Direct Hire Hours: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm & 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am Pay: $21.10 + shift differential (2nd- $0.50 & 3rd- $0.85) Job Summary: As a Production Helper, you'll work alongside our dedicated team to assist machine operators with daily tasks. From maintaining a clean and safe work area to ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, you'll play a vital role in our operations. Plus, with the potential to earn up to $300 in weekly bonuses after 30 days! Responsibilities: -Maintain a clean and safe work area. -Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or manager. -Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. -Complete all tasks within the given timeframe. -All other related duties as directed by the Supervisor. Skills and Abilities: -Basic reading and writing skills in English. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements: -Manufacturing experience preferred. -High school diploma or GED -Able to lift up to?75 lbs. -Able to stand the majority of the workday. -Able to perform repetitive job functions; hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
