Our client based in the south metro currently has an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The role involves processing a high volume of customer service orders and data entry on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have basic office skills and will be comfortable interacting professionally with internal staff and external customers via phone or email.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and submitting customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Following up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and resolve any issues

• Keeping updated with company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

• Maintaining accurate customer records

• Interacting professionally with internal staff and external customers

• Collaborating with team members to ensure high levels of customer service

• Performing data entry tasks as required

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and maintaining a high level of organization in all tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using computer software including MS Office Suite

• 1-2+ years of experience within a corporate environment preferred

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently

• Must exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude

• Must have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
