General Summary: Responsible for the expansion and growth of rooftop units, dedicated outdoor air systems, and other applied products across the Conditioning and Ventilating products division. Includes collaboration with multiple business units to develop product scopes, marketing themes, and product positioning strategy across applied products; development of content to assist with technical training to increase internal and external HVAC systems knowledge; engagement of external rep network to communicate and train on sales strategy and key divisional initiatives. Responsible for direction and leadership of product launch and training strategies, including development of plan for market entry and successful execution of plan. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans and practices to increase market share, strengthen relationships, and enable a higher effectiveness of our representatives. Work with the business units to develop the necessary understanding of the products and applications, marketing collateral, market needs and strategic planning. Effectively communicate and implement marketing programs with our customers and business partners to create value-added service and overcome price objections. Identify competing products and assist BUs with strategies to effectively differentiate applied products. Identify and prioritize market opportunities; work with the BU\'s product team on specific requirements for performance, features, options, and accessories for new and redesigned products Collaborate with marketing on required promotional tools and programs Continually evaluate and research competitive products, strategy, and pricing Regularly gather information and analyze trends, drivers, technologies, codes, regulations, and research to ensure that products within our division are competitively positioned to best capitalize on market growth opportunities Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s sales and profitability goals Job Qualifications: Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that...
