As an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2 , located in Schriever Space Force Base, CO, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements
Investigate, document, and report security incidents and ensure cleanup and corrective actions are implemented
Provide personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with tracking requirements; maintain and operate document control register/database; process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control
Provide facility security support (alarms, access control systems, cameras), documentation, and management support: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); security self-inspections; manage inventory of accountable holdings in accordance with the policies and procedures; prepare and submit status reports to applicable government agencies; administer and manage classified destruction program; Maintain accountability of classified material
Develop, document, and present security education, training, and awareness (SETA) activities
Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program
Generate and/or review Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) nomination packages; ensure all required information is included including accuracy of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures

Your Expertise - Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience with industrial security programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)
Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, and Operations Security programs and requirements
Knowledge of DoD security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Security Information Management System (SIMS)
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Salary Range: $65,500 - $98,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
