Full-time Fiscal and Legal Services Coordinator

Are you passionate about numbers and new ideas? Join the DOVES Program as our Fiscal and Legal Services Coordinator in our Scottsbluff office. In this role, youll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll, managing bills, and preparing important financial reports for various grants. Your attention to detail will keep our organization running smoothly. Youll approve timesheets, process mileage reimbursements, and maintain meticulous records all while playing a vital role in our budget preparations and annual audit.

In addition, youll be helping us launch our exciting new Legal Services initiative through our new LAV grant. As the Project Coordinator, youll lead the DOVES Program through an important assessment and planning period, working closely with OVW TA Providers to develop policies and procedures that will be the framework of our Legal Services program. Your work will pave the way for our new legal teams success, ensuring that the Legal Services Initiative launch is seamless and successful.

This position offers a unique blend of financial oversight and project leadership, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who is a flexible thinker, thrives on tasks that require precision and accuracy, and can effortlessly pivot to new projects when needed.

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Location: Scottsbluff, NE
