We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our team. This role involves a comprehensive training program, lasting between 17-24 weeks, which includes both in-person and virtual components. Upon successful completion of the training, there is potential for remote work arrangements.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.

• Educate clients on our products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and address any concerns.

• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to better serve clients.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Prior experience in financial services or customer service is highly desirable.
