Service Desk and Infrastructure Analyst

$25/hr - $32/hr

A small medical insurance company located in North Scottsdale, Arizona is looking for a Service Desk & Infrastructure Analyst to add to their growing team. This individual will be the go to resource for any technical issues in their local office as well as tickets that come in for remote employees. The role will be 70% service desk and 30% server side, and you will support tooling like Azure Active Directory, O365, Intune and peripheral devices.

This will be a hybrid position with on site work required.

Contract Duration: 1-2 years

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of IT support experience

  • Experience working with a ticketing system

  • Strong experience administering Azure Active Directory and O365

  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting peripheral devices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work on site in North Scottsdale

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Intune experience
