Job Overview: As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will identify and assess customer needs, establishing trust and rapport through effective communication. You will provide accurate information, resolve complaints in a timely manner, and maintain meticulous records. You will contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction by consistently exceeding customer expectations.Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Inbound call center experience is a MUST
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Before starting the Training class, you must obtain a free 4-hour FFM Certification from portal.ems.gov!
Must have a Resident License in one of the following States: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, Ml, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA
Must be willing to obtain the following Non-Resident State licenses: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, Ml, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA
