We are an independent insurance agency based in Seattle (Lake Union area) focused on Commercial Contractor Insurance. Qualifications
2 years or more of experience servicing a commercial book of business
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in AMS360
Responsibilities
Work with producer to renew accounts, prepare and submit insurance applications to markets, prepare proposals. Once coverage is bound update agency management system. Perform general insurance tasks as necessary, such as certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and auto ID cards. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and policy changes. Check policy coverage and endorsements for accuracy.
