Job Title: Accounts Receivable AccountantJob Description
We are in search of a proficient Accounts Receivable Accountant to be a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a broad understanding of various accounting procedures, cash applications, journal entries, aging ARs collections, and sales audits. This role involves assisting with accounts receivable processes, performing account analysis and reconciliation, carrying out cash applications, gaining collection experience, conducting sales audits, collecting aged ARs, and reviewing journal entries (debit/credit).
Hard Skills
3-5 years of AR Experience
Cash applications
Journal entry (debit/credit)
Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)
Dynamics 365 experience
ERP experience
Soft Skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.
Work Environment
The chosen candidate will be working 40 hours a week onsite in collaboration with a team of three other AR professionals.
