Amazon Administrative Assistant, Concession Abuse Prevention (CAP) in Seattle, Washington

Amazon Customer Service is seeking an administrative professional with a track record of earning the trust of stakeholders, customer-obsession and self-motivation to support WW Concession Abuse Prevention. The Administrative Assistant will be a key player of the team with the opportunity to take on special projects with increased responsibility.

Key job responsibilities

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results

• Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

• Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive B&M and Virtual work environment

• Management of calendar and scheduling for General Manager

• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items

• Disseminating important information to respective leadership and stakeholders

• Coordinating and tracking domestic and international travel

• Facilitating and managing logistics for key events and projects to include: onsite/offsite employee functions, team building, staff meetings, all-hands meetings, performance reviews, operational planning meetings and site level programs

• Maintaining and tracking expense reimbursements

• Strong internal and external customer service focus

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience

  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience providing executive support assistance at senior management level

  • Project management experience. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes.

  • Must be able to operate autonomously and deliver a high degree of quality with minimal supervision

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $39,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
