Northwest Center Assistant Manager, Move Coordinator Program in Seattle, Washington

Our Move Ambassador Team is essential for managing internal office relocations with precision and efficiency. They partner with vendors to oversee corporate moves, guide the main contact through every step of the process, and act as the go-to resource for all relocation details. Their expertise guarantees a smooth transition, maintaining exceptional service standards and clear communication throughout each relocation.

 

The *Assistant Manager, Move Coordinator Program *works under supervision and guidance of the Program Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting employees in our Move Program on Amazon's campus. As our Assistant Manager, you will be the driving force behind your team's success and growth. You'll inspire and support your staff, focusing on their professional development while expertly managing recruitment, performance, and employee relations. By setting clear goals and monitoring progress, you'll provide essential coaching to help your team excel and prepare for future opportunities. Location: Seattle (South Lake Union), Redmond and Bellevue, WA Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday between 7:30AM - 6:00 PM and occasional nights and weekends as needed Starting Wage: $74,048 - $83,678 per year | *Full Wage Range: *$74,048 - $93,308 per year *What we can offer: *

What You Will Do 

People 

Provide management, day-to-day direction, and leadership to the Move Ambassador team.

Responsible for employee development through the development of individualized goals and the creation of training plans to ensure that employees achieve established goals.

Responsible for staff performance ensuring that all procedures, processes and policies are understood and followed.

Providing corrective employee conversations as necessary related to employee performance, including subsequent follow-up.

Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and termination process and discussions partnering with Human Resources as necessary.

Contributes to a positive work environment that encourages retention of talent.

Build trust, influence, and manage relationships with diverse team members at all levels, with the ability to leverage relationships to accelerate delivery, and the ability to use these skills to facilitate connection wit
