GHD is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to work directly with our Transportation Team. You will be responsible for supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities, assisting Relationship Managers to manage the positioning / pre-proposal stages, and developing marketing materials for GHD. The position requires strong communication, research, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Act as a deputy for the relationship managers and maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry associations. * Participate in the assessment and positioning phase of the business development cycle, and provide input on the feasibility, value proposition, and differentiation of pursuing opportunities. * Track and monitor potential opportunities, help maintain salesforce and provide regular reports on the status and outcomes of business development activities. * Create and distribute a quarterly newsletter that showcases GHD's capabilities, projects, and achievements, and highlights relevant market information and opportunities. * Conduct research on market trends, client needs, competitors, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to the business development team. * Develop and update specific statements of qualifications (SOQs) that demonstrate GHD's expertise and experience in various sectors and services and send educational emails to clients to inform them of GHD's offerings and value propositions. * Manage the planning and coordination of GHD's participation in conferences, trade shows, and other events, and prepare and deliver marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and banners, for presenters and booths. * Collaborate with capture managers and pursuit teams to develop and execute capture plans, strategies, and win themes, and ensure a smooth transition from the pre-proposal to the proposal phase. * Support RM's development and maintenance of priority pursuits list that is used to establish designated Capture team's official regional level priority pursuits * Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance client experience and retention. * Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation documents, identify compliance requirements and risks, work with the RMs to identify potential teaming partners, identify supporting qualifications, and other tasks to help set the team up for success in the pursuit. * As assigned by To view the full job description,
