Position:Data Analyst with Excel

Location: Seattle or Charlotte

Whatduties will help you grow?

• Creating,processing, and analyzing volume licensing contracts

• Supportingworldwide licensing and pricing contracts to ensure compliance andaccuracy

• Reviewingagreements and Pricing sheet to help maintain quality and need establishedpolicies

• Supporting salessoftware licensing specialists internationally

• Recalculatingproducts prices to not standard ones and other custom adjustments

• Assuring thatpricing proposal has correct visibility, depending on custom adjustmentsdone by Team member

• Working onstandard agreement due to tool limitations or errors

• Team and queuemanagement, end to end ownership of the team-s delivery and queue

• Support QualityAudit on completed deals to maintain accuracy and zero defects

• Regular meetingswith team and sharing feedback

• Identify traininggaps and arrange knowledge refresher

• Backup forDelivery Manager and other leads

• Sharing dailyreport with managers and leadership

• Performance reviewfor assigned processors

• Ability to deliverformal training, cross training on complex processes in a concise,organized manner to the team members, new hires as an ongoing operationalactivity
