Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Business Partnership
Strategic financial business partner focused on driving growth (Command Center, PIA)
Full ownership of P&L – Orders to EBIT
Ownership of Balance Sheet – Deferred Rev, Costs, etc.
Executive communication of business performance along with necessary financial analytics & drive operational rigor with team
Lean & simplification mindset while working process improvements in subscription, contracting, engineering processes
LTS & Annual budget ownership
Collaborate with STO / PCS finance & operating teams to develop overall P&L for both LTS and Annual budget cycles
Optimize business cycles from a finance perspective – long range and budget planning, actuals, forecasts providing necessary analytics and operational drivers for business performance
Team / Cross functional Leadership
Influence cross functional teams to drive outcomes
Manage dotted line team of Commercial & Operations leader providing necessary coaching & mentorship with potential to have a direct team in the future
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
10 years of finance experience
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, influence, and lead teams.
Experience and comfort in a matrix environment along with ability to work independently and without supervision.
Ability & willingness to travel occasionally.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $155,040.00-$232,560.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
