Slalom LLC Learning Program Manager, Sales in Seattle, Washington

Slalom is seeking a Learning Program Manager, Sales to join our growing Global Talent Management Team. This energetic, innovative team supports our consultants and leaders across the company through the design of learning, leadership, performance, and career development initiatives that increase workforce capability and employee engagement. The Learning Program Manager, Sales will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing programs, identifying needs, evangelizing the program with our markets, scaling with the growth of Slalom, and designing and developing new offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ongoing learning programs and a proven track record of creating operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who has a passion for leading learning projects, working in white space, and making an impact on employee engagement, productivity, and business success. Job Title: Learning Program Manager, Sales This job posting will close on Friday, June 14th 5:00pm PST What You'll Do * Continue to develop strategic learning priorities with key stakeholders * Partner with Slalom's Global Teams and local markets to design, develop, deliver and manage new programs * Facilitate training workshops and train-the-trainer learning sessions * Conduct learning needs analysis to determine and propose effective performance and learning interventions * Conduct post-learning evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities * Evaluate programs for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability * Maintain and manage content and program updates and improvement * Work well independently and in collaborative settings * Interact with leaders across markets to give and request feedback * Vendor and stakeholder management What You'll Bring * Proven effectiveness in collaborating with, negotiating with, and interviewing business partners and subject matter experts * Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities * Experience designing and developing learning programs * Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills * Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results * Experience working with Sales and Go-to-Market teams preferred About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
