Manager, Digital Assurance and Transparency (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Seattle, WA. Assess the design and operational efficiency of controls, while also offering clients valuable insights into their business processes and technology. Review finance, operations and technology processes including monitoring controls over third-party providers. Collaborate with clients, Digital Assurance and Transparency team, and external audit teams to understand the systems and technologies our clients use and how they can mitigate risk. Focus on quality, value, innovation, emerging technologies, such as cloud and digital assets, and growth. Provide assurance over service organizations that provide technology, emerging and business functions across ecosystems. Supervise and coach professional teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $125,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
? Identifying key risks and controls, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, including the configuration of controls around security, business process and within IT environments; ? Leveraging data manipulation and analysis technologies, including Oracle, SAP, Oracle Database, web development tools, virtualization, UNIX, Linux, and security technologies; ? Financial reporting and information technology risks, processes and controls; and ? Utilizing and applying knowledge with any one or more of the following: COSO Framework, CoBIT or other leading business and IT control frameworks.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% required.
