Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Information and Collaboration is responsible for leading Milliman's Information and Collaboration team, which is responsible for facilitating the ability of employees to save, organize, and disseminate information within the firm. The team's primary objective is to leverage Milliman's collective intellectual capital to enhance service delivery, foster collaboration, drive innovation, and improve organizational efficiency. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management initiatives, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration, and supporting the company's digital transformation. The successful candidate will have experience in knowledge management and digital transformation and will be able to lead a team of professionals to achieve the team's objectives. PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking candidates who can work in Pacific Time Zone (PST) RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive strategy through direct contact with Business Leaders across the company. Lead the team in meeting the firm's objectives in leveraging the use of Microsoft M365 and cloud technology to enhance organizational knowledge sharing and collaboration. Develop and execute a comprehensive information management and collaboration strategy supporting the company's digital transformation. Oversee the management of the organization's knowledge assets spanning M365. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft M365 and cloud technology to continuously improve Information and Collaboration practices. Work with Senior management across multiple teams to establish and deliver information development programs related to knowledge sharing. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing information and collaboration systems, particularly within a Microsoft M365 and cloud technology environments. The ideal candidate must have program management experience. The ideal candidate must have experience implementing programs across multiple verticals. Must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams and to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Certifications in Microsoft M365, Azure, or other relevant cloud technologies. Previous experience developing and managing a Knowledge Management team. Experience in Content management systems and information architecture. LOCATION: This is a remote position. The expected application deadline for this job is June 30th, 2024.
