Blue Origin LLC PTC Navigate Developer in Seattle, Washington

This role is part of Enterprise Engineering (EE), where we provide technical standards, tools, processes, training, and subject matter expertise for product engineering and manufacturing. EE allows all Blue Origin business units to benefit from commonly used capabilities, hardware, and software and assists business units in identifying, selecting, and training engineers from both inside and outside the organization. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PTC Navigate applications to enhance our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and customize PTC Navigate applications to meet business requirements. Integrate PTC Navigate with Windchill and other PLM systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PTC Navigate applications. Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest PTC Navigate and PLM technologies. Minimum Qualifications: 2-year AS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing PTC Navigate applications. Strong knowledge of PLM systems, particularly Windchill. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related technologies. Experience with RESTful web services and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other PTC products such as Creo or ThingWorx. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code management. Experience with AWS cloud services. Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
