What You-ll Do

• Perform advanced, diverse, and confidential duties that may be administrative in nature or project based.

• Manage product testing team, providing support, vision, problem resolution, and planning.

• Develop and utilize forecasting models to manage resources, planning and operational support.

• Oversee development, execution, and analysis of software test results.

• Analyze data-driven results to evaluate effectiveness of current product testing programs and policies to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

• Select, monitor, develop and evaluate employee performance.

• Set and execute operational objectives for area of responsibility, in alignment with global peers.

• Manage objectives for both cross-functional teams and direct reports.

• Ensure strict adherence to corporate prototype security policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading test teams: 8+ years

• Personnel Management experience: 5+ years

• Experience with gray/black box test methods

• Experience with game engines, content and asset editors, and shared technologies

• Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships and developing insource and outsource solutions

Pluses

• Game development experience while in a QA leadership role

• White box testing experience

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Level or equivalent

• Coding knowledge: XML/HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, C/C++/C#, or SQL

• Certification in any of the following: PMP, Scrum Master, ISTQB
