The Opportunity : The Senior Business Strategy Manager will deliver strategic insights and recommendations for the key business priorities of Adobe's Digital Media business unit. With a Total Addressable Market (TAM) sized at $44B, this is an exciting opportunity to drive the next wave of growth for the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions! The role will focus on scaling business offerings for each solution in SMB, mid-market, and enterprise companies. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for measurable business impact and professional development. What you'll do : Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capture large amounts of the remaining TAM. Track and analyze progress to advise next steps. Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in product marketing, GTM, marketing, finance, and sales. Drive aspects of the annual strategic and operating plans as well as quarterly business reviews. Perform strategic analyses to support critical business decisions. Present growth plans with strong reasons to senior leaders for approval and investment. What you need to succeed : 7+ years of proven experience in business strategy or an equivalent role. Experience in the SaaS industry or scaling a B2B business a plus Work experience & skills in financial analysis and/or data modeling Experience analyzing and drawing insights from large data sets, presenting findings to the stakeholders Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and Excel We are looking for an ambitious individual - a strategic problem solver with outstanding analytical skills, executive presence, and leadership potential Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to influence and present with credibility and confidence Highly collaborative with the tools to lead in a matrixed environment Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $88,600 -- $206,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
