Position Overview As Stanley's Senior Director, Supply Chain Technology, you will be responsible for all the technology in our Supply Chain ecosystem: warehouse management, warehouse automation, supply chain planning, supplier management, fulfillment operations, and transportation. You will partner closely with Stanley leaders across multiple geographies, and technology teams from across HAVI (our parent company): enterprise architecture, information security, and infrastructure. This role requires a technology-savvy leader with a deep understanding of supply chain business operations. You will lead a large team of internal and external resources to deliver and maintain complex technology solutions and play a critical oversight role for complex third-party relationships that are critical to the success of Stanley's supply chain team. This role reports to the VP, Digital Technology and will be based in Seattle, WA. What You'll Do Work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), VP of Supply Chain, SVP of Finance, VP Enterprise Architecture, and other senior leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Provide strategic input during the development of the overall digital strategy that ensures alignment with Supply Chain objectives. Lead a team that optimizes existing Supply Chain systems and partners with Supply Chain leaders to co-create future platforms. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Technology team and educate the Supply Chain organization on the value of technology to their business. Ensure all Supply Chain Technology solutions have change management and communications plans in place. Oversee successful execution and partner support to high give quality post-launch service through well-defined SLOs/SLAs. Define Key Performance Indicators for the Supply Chain Technology group and ensure there are data tools to monitor and report on performance. Implement protocols/platforms for seamless integration with factories, 3PLs, and suppliers. Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place on all Supply Chain systems. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, innovations, and changes impacting the Supply Chain organization. Serve as the single accountable leader for Supply Chain Technology vendor relationships. Who You Are Proven experience building strategic roadmaps for supply chain systems and fitting them within a broader organization's blueprints and roadmaps. Experienced in developing and leading large teams in a matrixed work environment. Able to work effectively with executive leaders and lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives. Prior success building strong, two-way relationships with strategic solution providers and 3rd party vendors. Deep knowledge of global supply chain methodologies and technologies in consumer products and/or retail organizations. Excellent communication skills, with a particular strength in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Education and Experience 15+ years of progressive experience leading supply chain technology teams and programs with a history of meaningful results. Previous experience leading technical teams, including direct oversight of other people leaders, is required.
