The Premiere Pro team is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers with a passion for delivering a world-class, innovative, and compelling video creation application to a world of passionate and creative users. Premiere Pro is the industry leading video editing platform and our users depend on our application and tools to deliver outstanding video experiences. What you'll Do Directly manage and mentor a team of hardworking engineers, supporting their personal efficiency and career growth Actively collaborate with partners in Product Management, User Experience, Product Marketing, and Program Management to set vision for your team, develop a roadmap to follow that vision, and drive the team to execute that roadmap with an emphasis on velocity with high quality Dynamically work with peer managers to collectively develop an outstanding video creation platform for customers Embrace and extend modern development practices, testing methodologies, and tooling to ensure quality and performance in all phases of development Cultivate a diverse and creative environment that challenges and strengthens your team and the Premiere organization Anticipate issues, suggest solutions, and partner with fellow managers to provide your team the best opportunities for success Dedicate work and time to
