What you'll do Collaborate with other peers and product managers to create compelling and seamless developer experience on Horizon application platform Architect and develop tooling and functionality to create delightful user experiences, deliver and iterate on features rapidly with high level of control Write high-performance, reliable, testable, well detailed code Grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you Strive to build an inclusive team supporting diverse opinions Work closely with development teams to understand their workflows and needs, and adapt or pivot quickly based on their feedback What you need to succeed Five plus years of experience developing sophisticated web applications Based in USA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) Proven web development experience - JavaScript/HTML/CSS, experience with ES6 and UI frameworks An interest in and ability to learn new technologies Ability to tackle problems in a sustainable way, always striving to improve process and learn Proven goal-oriented person - especially in the areas of writing high-performance, reliable and viable code Works well in a distributed team environment across multiple geographies; can develop strong working relationships and promote a positive, collaborative tone Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations Bonus Qualifications Experience with Web Components: Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, ES Modules, Templates Proficiency with TypeScript, Webpack A good sense of humor is a big plus! Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $173,300 -- $312,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
