What We Do Provide an engaging recruitment journey that attracts the best talent, builds strong relationships, and positions First American as the employer of choice. Manages full recruitment cycle for entry to mid-level positions, develops sourcing strategies, and ensures a positive candidate experience. Provide a seamless and transparent candidate experience from application to onboarding, treating candidates with respect and demonstrating our commitment to their success. Provide tools, resources, and support to hiring managers to make informed decisions and build strong teams. Address underrepresented areas through targeted outreach and form partnerships with diversity-focused organizations. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Obtain market intelligence to develop and execute sourcing strategies and provide data-driven and outcome-focused recruitment services to business leaders. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability aligned with First American's Values and Signature Behaviors. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to ensure targeted hiring classes are met. Using talent analytics to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the recruiting process. Accomplishments and Metrics: Number of positions successfully filled. Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics. Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction rates. Ability to influence and obtain buy-ins from hiring leaders to align with the recruiting process Resilience through attempts in innovations What You'll Bring BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and demonstration of talent acquisition best practices Requires 5+ years of related work experience Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Workday/ATS systems, and web-based applications Strong investigative/research skills for sourcing candidates and learning about jobs and technologies for assigned business units. Responsible for hard-to-fill positions Excellent written and verbal skills Organizational and follow-up skills Negotiation skills Public relations skills to represent the First American at job fairs, colleges, recruiting meetings/events, to candidates, and to all levels of the organization Pay Range: $40- $50 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
