Slalom LLC Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

What You'll Do • Perform core program and project management duties. • Manage and balance budget quarterly and EOY- meeting with budget owners, open Pos, assess risk, and expense reports. • Participate in meetings and presentations with stakeholders (including Exec level) to define/ revise projects and programs and develop budgets. • Update program plans, priorities, timelines, costs and workstream sequencing with an awareness of interdependencies with other programs. • Manage Vendor relationships, team distribution leads, supporting leadership team in onboarding teammates. • Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts to the program. • Recommend and implement program improvements to meet changing mission parameters and requirements. • Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules. • Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses. What You'll Bring • 3+ years in Program Management and Budget Management, Rhythm of Business, Planning and Forecasting. • No degree required but experience with MSFT internal tools such as MyOrder, HeadTrax, Employee central preferred, • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $45/hour-$55/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
