Electronic Arts, Inc. User Acquisition Specialist in Seattle, Washington

Job Duties:            Research marketing conditions, and gather information for marketing. Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns via a variety of mobile channels to grow our player user base across all games. Work on significant marketing budgets to maximize game growth and business profitability. Work on multiple advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance. Design the campaign growth plans for acquiring the right customers through focused, data-driven, and ROI based mobile user acquisition strategies across paid channels and our own cross promotional network. Optimize channel and campaign performance, championing KPIs critical to the business: ROAS, LTV, and CPI. Seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels/partners based on competitive and market intelligence. Analyze and reporting results to identify optimization opportunities to grow the business across multiple KPIs (installs, retention, and profitability). Partner with product marketing and product management to ensure campaign performance results informs the business strategy, and vice versa. Drive ASO for assigned titles, including testing and optimization of icons, screenshots, app description, and app preview video. Generate detailed weekly spend and performance reports for the product outlining trends and key metrics specific to goals and present to leadership. Report on performance at regular intervals. Proactively share insights and learnings with the rest of the team. Telecommuting permitted.

Minimum Requirements:   Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Media Ventures, Management, Market Research or in related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:

  1. Analyze campaign performance metrics, including: LTV, CPI, CTR, and ROAS;
  2. Data visualization tool, including: Looker or Tableau;
  3. Google Analytics;
  4. Manage and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across various channels;
  5. App Store Optimization or Mobile/web campaign Optimization; and
  6. Adwords or FB ad manager.
