Marketing Coordinator

Location: Sedalia, Missouri

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely development and implementation of marketing campaigns for Jostens brands including Meridian Student Planners, Kinderkraft, JPix and Printlynx.

• Develop consistent corporate look within each division and ensure that look is maintained throughout our marketing efforts.

• Work with creative team to develop and launch marketing campaigns.

• Manage marketing assistant for social posts, email campaigns, list management and other duties as assigned.

• Establish, lead and coordinate implementation and track year-round, multi-channel strategies to support specific corporate goals; to include direct mail and social media.

• Direct the analysis of key metrics such as cost per click, cost per action, conversion and ROI for all marketing channels.

• Stay current on professional and technical knowledge by participating in professional associations, attending educational seminars and subscribing to relevant publications.

• Continually evolve our message to meet the needs of our customer.

• Requires strong customer focus, passion for innovation, effective communication skills, high energy level, organization and deadline driven.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned and abide by all company policies.

• Be able to successfully work with others in a positive, team-oriented environment to accomplish the company’s goals.

• Solid communication (verbal and written) skills.

• Works well under the pressure of deadlines.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
