The Role

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Kyndryl, you will specialize in application transformation and/or migration to the cloud, overseeing the migration of applications from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based environments.

You will be responsible for Managing the full Project lifecycle ensuring results in term of Scope, time, cost and client satisfaction.

You’ll be acting as primary point of reference for several different Project stakeholder: client, internal resources, Project Partners, …

You will be operating in a challenging and exciting environment addressing both Application and Infrastructure Domains and leveraging a multinational team with complementary skill and expertise.

You will be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success, and the “conductor” who orchestrates everyone’s efforts. You will also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl’s reputation every day.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or Hyperscaler

• Organization and planning skills

• MS Project or other Project Management software knowledge

• Proficiency in key cloud technologies and tools

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Application Development Life Cycle

• SCRUM or Project Management skills

• Excellent time management and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels

• Teamwork with “one team” philosophy

• Experience in Application transformation or modernization Projects

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field

• Background in mainframe traditional skills and experience supporting Customers. The core areas of expertise include understanding of application development, logical database administration, testing, and debugging in core IBM Z application and data technologies.

• Experience with infrastructure technologies

• Familiarity with digital advertising and the latest cloud technologies
