Position: Industrial Electrician

Location: Selbyville, Delaware

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment.

• Inspect and test the operation of electrical components and systems.

• Identify and repair electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.

• Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime.

• Document repairs and maintenance procedures for future reference.

• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Communicate effectively with management, engineers, and co-workers about maintenance progress and challenges.

• Train and supervise other electricians and apprentices.

• Order and maintain inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and components.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

• Proficiency with standard tools and testing devices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

• Hourly employees receive their pay every Friday.

• Medical benefits are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield.

• Dental coverage is through Delta Dental.

• Vision benefits are offered by VSP.

• Company offers onsite Wellness Center at no cost for employees enrolled in our benefits program, including their immediate family members.
