• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, manage calendar, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, deal with external parties, such as, vendors and service providers for operations and back-office support

• Order and maintain office stationery and office supplies, operate office equipment, and manage office space including facilities management

• Create a warm and inclusive environment is the primary role

• Assist in Finance functions such as banking transactions, corporate seal and certifications, treasury and invoicing, processing of employee reimbursements and contracts safekeeping

• Formatting information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, reports

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

• Provides ad hoc support around office, Company event, etc.

• Manage mail, courier service and small parcel delivery services.

• Support P-card process, reporting, etc.

• Support Purchasing related request, Vendor master, Payment, etc.

• Manage maintenance, insurance, reporting for company car

• Manage insurance for employees’ cars used for business purpose
