Job Description

Are you ready to seize a new opportunity within Danfoss? If so, then you might be our new Application Engineer at Danfoss. As Application Engineer for Danfoss you will support the products throughout the product life cycle, advice and support our customers from a technical point of view, as well as ensure that new potential opportunities are pursued and evaluated.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Successful launch of Bock products in HVAC&R and marine industry

• Developing newapplicationswhile keepingkey stakeholders like Sales, Marketing, and R&D in the loop.

• Supporting customer’s new system development start from Korea

• Responsible countries will beexpanded to Japan, Taiwan and Philippines after having work experience.

• Managing application review to ensure Danfoss product’s reliability in customer’s system.

• Building long term relationship with key customer’s R&D engineering team.

• Supporting Danfoss R&D/Marketingin relation to change customer's requirement into Danfoss’s new product development.

• Providing product training tocustomers and colleagues.

• Managing customer’s complaints and create field trouble shooting and inspection reports.

• Following up Bock product design change

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electric/electronics, energy engineering, or chemical engineering

• A graduate-to-be can apply this position

• Fluent in English is a plus

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

• 1 – 3 years of work experience is plus
