Job Description

Job Summary

• The job at UPS is a technical support position responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, desktop systems, and related hardware and software. The position emphasizes effective communication with customers, and it involves site visits for on-site troubleshooting and hardware/software installations or upgrades. Ideal candidates should possess technical knowledge of Operating Systems, familiarity with various software and networking tools, and preferred technical certifications.

Qualifications

• IT 인프라 전반에 관련한 지식 및 Microsoft 활용능력

• 밝고 긍정적인 마인드로 내/외부 고객과 융화되며 신뢰도 안에서 근무할 수 있는자

• 우대사항

• 관련 기술 경력 14년

• 컴퓨터 관련 학사 학위 또는 이와 동등한 학위

• 서버 및 네트워크 교육 이수자 또는 자격증 소지자

Working Hours

• 40 hours a week (월 금 09:00-18:00. Exclude 1 hour 휴게시간)
