Job Description

Responsible for the management, coordination and execution of project activities, varying from a portfolio of smaller projects (typically 5-10) to full ownership of a larger scale project. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful Capital projects with benchmark capital cost, schedules, communication and high-quality products which meet their defined success criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Multiple CAPEX projects portfolio including Projects communication and priorization with the steakholders and clients; Develop Feasibility request (Ideation, scope development); Funding process to execution and startup support (turn the idea into reality).

• Manage Multiple capital projects from start to end according to site's construction management program to ensure they comply with metrics such as :

• Construction Quality requirements (GMP/ Clean design)

• Construction safety

• Contractors regulatory requirements

• Lead and Develop Electrical and/or Mechanical scope, solutions and systems design.

• Ensure design, equipment and process comply with safety, quality standards and are appropriately qualified for intended use, works with Technical Groups to develop and execute protocols.

• Evaluate equipment and processes to reduce costs and improve production rates, drive simplification through the implementation of digital tools.

• You will lead direct or indirectly a team of internal and external resources, while supporting and communicating to ensure successful Startup in collaboration with engineering contractors and multifunctional team

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree desirable Electrical, Electronic, Automation.

• Intermediate English

• 2 years of relevant work experience

• Live in the city of the position or be available to move

• Presential work at the plant located in Seropedica (WFH 1 day isvavailable)

• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
